Positive Currant

A co-ferment of BC apples and AB currants resulting in a tart, earthy, semi-dry cider. Wildly fermented with notes of cassis, red plum, strawberry and melon. Teamwork makes the dream work.

Return of the Mac

A sweet-ish, Macintosh forward cider made from 100% BC apples. Wildly fermented with a balanced acidity and a strong apple finish. This mac will make ya JUMP! JUMP!

The Sour of Love

Co-fermented AB sour cherries and BC apples. A tart, jammy, wildly fermented cider with notes of cherry, strawberry and baking spice. What cherry tales are made of.

Diamond Dogs

A citra hopped cider made from wild fermented BC apples and AB Saskatoon berries. Notes of watermelon and citrus fruits with a balanced acidity.

The Wind Cries Cherry

A blend of Macintosh, Ambrosia, Gala, Granny Smith and Spartan apples wild fermented in repurposed red wine, french oak barrels. Aged for two years and blended with a wild fermented cherry wine.

Semi-dry with notes of tobacco, blackberry, plum and vanilla.

Local’s Special

Locally foraged apples collected during the Fall of 2020 and 2021, pressed and wild fermented. Aged for four weeks on crab apple skins. Semi-dry, earthy and acidic with notes of apricot and wildflower honey. This cider is a celebration of the spaces and faces that make up our Bow Valley community.
